Broccoli cake

Nice side dish for a meal. French recipe.

INGREDIENTS (for 3-4 people):

  • 1lb broccolis
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook broccolis until tender (either steam or cook in boiling water). Meanwhile, cook chopped onion in saucepan with a little oil until brown.
Mash broccolis into puree (still keep pieces) then add the cream, the beaten eggs, the nutmeg and salt & pepper. Mix together then add cooked onions and mix altogether.
Poor in plate to go in oven 25min at 356F.

Eat warm or cold.
