Got parsley?

Have a lot of parsley? Try taboulé!
It’s basically a salad with parsley as a main ingredient!

Easy! Combine (depending on availability and season):

  • finely chopped parsley
  • chopped raw onion
  • cooked couscous or bulgur
  • chopped tomato
  • chopped cucumber
  • chopped mint
  • raisins
  • juice of a lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt

Then you can get creative! Add almonds, add toasted crickets (as seen on picture, from @donbugito), or dates, or… let us know what you tried!
