Recipe with Sorrel

Sorrel are leafs to be eaten fast! Here is our proposition to start with Sorrel: an easy sauce to put on your veggies / chicken / salmon: remove stems, clean and chop the leafs, melt/soften 4oz butter then blend with the sorrel leafs and salt&pepper. Done!
Sorrel can be eaten raw or cooked (you can add this sauce in the end or while cooking your veg/chicken/salmon). Raw, sorrel leafs taste like lemon !
